We had a fantastic breakfast with friendly staff and clean rooms. Ground floor room was also provided. The motel's location was convenient for our business needs. The staff and owner went above and beyond to solve a reservation problem and were kind and friendly. The motel is close to the Peace Bridge and has easy access to the QEW. Tim Hortons is conveniently located next door.
Felt quite safe, no complaints.

Steps to 2nd floor could use some upkeeping and battery in smoke detector went low at 3:00am and chirped.
